Happy New Year!

As we wrap up 2018, I’ve been thinking about the progress I’ve made and the challenges I hope to conquer in the coming year. I’m feeling good. I hope you are too.

Sometimes, the best thing you can do for yourself is to escape the day-to-day grind and get away. And let me tell you, right now I’m about as far removed from normal life as I can possibly be. It’s taken my mindfulness practice to a whole new level. I promise, I’ll have photos and tales to share once I get back home. It’s been amazing.

Until then, I wish for peace, health, and contentment for all of you.
